- At the end of each charter, the yacht must be delivered to the base with full fuel and Empty holding tanks latest on Friday - 17Hrs / 5 PM
- Fuel refiling Netsel Marina has fuel station in the service area. Please return the yacht with full fuel tank and empty holding tanks.
- The Blue Card inside the boat document file shall be presented to the pump-out station to record the process.
** If you have early flight and need to check out Friday mid to late afternoon, please inform us in advance so we can organise diver on time for hull check.
As the boats are prepared for our next guests we ask you to be time sensitive and thank you for your understanding.
Terms & Conditions
Payment Conditions
- %50 to at the time of reservation.
- %50 - 45 days before charter.
- Prices and yacht types are subject to change without notice.
- Prices include VAT.
- Security Deposit to be paid at the base including fee for Gennaker, Gennaker deposit & Regattas.
- One-way charter to be paid at Marmaris base before departure.
Cancellation
From the date of your reservation;
- Until 12 weeks before the rental date:10% of the rental price will be cut and a 400 € cancellation fee will be taken.
- Until 8 weeks before the rental date:30% of the rental price will be cut and a 400 € cancellation fee will be taken.
- Until 6 weeks before the rental date: The rental fee for full and crewed reservations is also requested.
In case of cancellation, we reserve the right to withhold the payments and a handling fee of €400.00
Prior to Chartering
- Complete crew list (with first- & surname, address, date of birth, place of birth, nationality & passport no.)
- Skipper´s sailing license.
- ID cards or Passports from 2 crew members.
- Signed charter agreements with our terms and conditions.
- Emergency contact number.
Discounts
We like to welcome our guests year on year to our yachts which they will be familiar with from pre-season.
• Early Booking Discount 10% Valid till 31st December 2023 (on bookings made for 2024)
• Early Booking Discount 5% Valid till 28th February 2023
• Repeat Customer: 5%
• 3rd Week :10%
• Note: Total Discount Shall Not Exceed 15%
One Way
One-way charters are offered at the request of the guest. There is an extra charge for a one-way charter.
The price for the one-way service includes a skipper to take the boat back to the main harbour / base and the fuel for the boat transfer. The price for one-way charters does not include a berth in the check-out port of departure. the berth at the marina of departure will also be covered by the guest.
Arranging the berth at the marina is to be arranged prior to departure by the guest. However, we are happy to assist.
- Oneway base Fethiye: €350.00
- Oneway base Göçek: €300.00
**Please note that the yacht must be returned maximum by Friday - 14:00hrs at one way berth / marina, as we have to return yacht to Marmaris for next guests.
